Description:

PayPal is hiring a Senior Manager, Product Management to lead the strategy and roadmap for its Compliance Investigations Platform. In this role, you will work closely with teams across Compliance, Legal, Risk, Engineering, and Data Science to build and improve tools that support AML, KYC, fraud, and other compliance investigations.

You will help define product strategy, improve investigator workflows, drive automation, and ensure the platform meets regulatory and business requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced product leaders who enjoy working at the intersection of FinTech, compliance, AI, and platform engineering.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with AI-driven products, data analytics, and workflow automation.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
• Experience working with Compliance, Legal, Risk, or Engineering teams is preferred.
